Although rare, should you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty. (Whether the product will be repaired or replaced is in the sole discretion of the manufacturer.)
Products Damaged During Shipping
Should a product be delivered to you which has been damaged during shipping, please simply refuse to accept the shipment from the carrier and mark the shipment as “refused, damaged”. If this happens, please contact us immediately for assistance. If you receive a product that has hidden damage that is not visible by inspection of the outside packaging, please retain all of the packaging and contact us within 72 hours of delivery at email@example.com for assistance. Freight claims initiated after 72 hours after delivery will be denied.
Wrong Items Delivered
Our customer service team and our shipping department are in constant communication with one another to ensure the products we ship to you are the products which you ordered. However, if upon inspection, you discover the product you received is substantially different than the one you ordered from us, please contact customer service as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but in any event, no later than 7 days after receipt of your order. If you contact us within this time frame, we will make arrangements to ship you the correct model at no additional cost.
The following products are Non-Returnable products and may not be returned to us for any reason: (a) products weighing more than 100 pound, (b)defective products; (c) products showing any signs of use or wear and tear; (d) products with missing pieces, manuals, or (e) products that have been customized or bolted securely in place during installation.
All Other Returns
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product that you purchased from us, other than a product that is Non-Returnable (see “Non-Returnable Items” above), you may return it back to us within 30 days from the date of your order for refund. All refunds are subject to return shipping and handling fees and a 25% restocking fee. The product you return to us is received by us is in “new” condition, including all original packaging, parts, pieces, and manuals; the return label of the product that you return to us is clearly marked with the Return Merchandise Authorization number provided by our customer service department; and the product is received at the address specified by our customer service department within 10 days of the date that the Return Merchandise Authorization was issued by our customer service department. Returns which do not meet all of the criteria above will not be accepted. Shipping costs (including any shipping costs incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion) are not refundable. The method of payment of refunds will be the same as method of payment of the original purchase. Please note that Non-Returnable products may not be returned for any reason.
