Product Details
- Do the PODs come assembled and painted?
No, the PODs are shipped as raw steel on a pallet and require assembly. The steel is untreated, so it’s highly recommended to paint or cover it to prevent rust. The animated POD seen on the website represents a finished example after someone assembled and customized it for their personal use. Your POD will arrive as raw steel.
- What materials are included in the shipment?
Each POD comes with 10 panels of ¼-inch steel, a few weighing up to 135 pounds per panel. The total shipment will weigh close to 1100 pounds.
- How is the POD delivered?
The POD is delivered curbside or, in some cases, into your garage. The driver will unload the pallet, but it is your responsibility to move the items inside your home or business.
Pricing
- What are the current prices for the PODs?
o 4’ POD: $6,500 (plus tax and shipping)
o 5’ POD: $7,000 (plus tax and shipping)
o 6’ POD: $7,500 (plus tax and shipping)
o Extra Door: $1,300
Shipping costs range from $400–$1,000 depending on location.
If you want an extra door, please be clear by adding “I want an extra door” in the comments section during checkout.
- What is the special discount?
You can save $1,500 off the POD price if you’re willing to wait for a production run, which could add up to 6 weeks to the delivery timeline. Make sure to indicate your willingness to wait for a production run in the comment section during checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an invoice with the discount applied, as well as shipping and tax included. Once paid, your POD will be placed in the production queue, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date as soon as possible.
- What if I need my POD sooner?
If you need your POD within the standard production time of 4-6 weeks, the regular price applies.
Shipping & Delivery
- How long does delivery take?
o For 1-4 PODs ordered, the standard production time is: 4-6 weeks
o If waiting for a production run to receive the $1,500 discount: up to an additional 6 weeks, Delivery timelines will be confirmed via email once paid in full and you are placed in the que.
- What happens if my POD arrives damaged?
o Visible Damage: Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
o Hidden Damage: Keep all packaging and notify us within 72 hours at Info@intofantasy01.wpbuildcrew.com.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to update your details. • How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on your location and selected delivery method. You’ll receive a shipping quote before finalizing your purchase.
Assembly & Installation
- Does the POD require assembly?
Yes, the POD requires assembly. Instructions are provided, and Installation videos will be available soon on our website.
- What should I know before assembling?
The panels are heavy, with some weighing as much as 135 pounds. Ensure you have the necessary manpower and tools to move and assemble the steel pieces.

Returns & Exchanges
- Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item meets these conditions:
o New condition with all original packaging.
o Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained before returning.
A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.
- What items are non-returnable?
o Items over 100 pounds.
o Customized products.
o Used, worn, or installed items.
o Products missing parts or manuals.
