In-Stock Products: It is our goal to ship orders of in-stock products as soon as possible. Normally, orders for in-stock products are shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during periods of heavy order volume or if an item is too heavy to ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, additional shipping time may be required. Once your order is shipped, please allow for carrier transit time:
- UPS/FedEx Ground Shipments: 3-5 days
- Curbside/Loading Dock Shipments: 5-7 days
- White Glove Carrier Shipments: 1-3 weeks
Customized Products: Some products may be customized with special features such as locking mechanisms or non-stocked color options. If this applies to your order, we will send you an Order Status Update email with an estimated shipping date.
Out of Stock Products: We regularly update the stock status of our inventory. If a product is out of stock, an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) will be shown on the product page. If no ETA is listed, it means we do not have an established ETA for that product.
Shipping Methods
Light Weight Items: Products weighing less than 100 pounds are generally shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. Orders can also be tracked 24/7 via our Order Status page. After shipment, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Heavy Items: Some products are too heavy for FedEx or UPS and must be shipped via freight truck or white glove carrier. If this applies, you will be prompted to select a freight or white glove delivery method on the product page. We offer two delivery options:
- Curbside Delivery
- White Glove Delivery & Installation
Curbside Delivery: Your items will be delivered to your curbside. The carrier will lower the items to the ground using a lift gate. The carrier is not responsible for bringing the items inside your home or business.
White Glove Delivery & Installation: This service includes delivery to the room of choice and may include installation and removal of debris. Depending on the product, white glove delivery may extend to the second floor. Additional fees may apply for deliveries beyond the second floor.
Important Delivery Information
For both Curbside Delivery and White Glove Delivery:
- You must be present to inspect and sign the Bill of Lading upon delivery.
- If you miss your scheduled delivery or if your order cannot be delivered due to accessibility issues, you will be responsible for applicable delivery fees.
- Inspect your shipment carefully before signing. If there is damage, write “Refused, Damaged” on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately at INFO@CoolStuffFast.com Failure to follow these instructions may affect your freight claim.
Other
We reserve the right to refuse to ship any order for any reason, including cost-related reasons. In the rare event that we refuse to ship your order, we will issue a prompt refund.
