Defective Products
Although rare, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty. (The decision to repair or replace is at the manufacturer’s discretion.)
Products Damaged During Shipping
If your product is damaged during shipping, please refuse the shipment from the carrier and mark it as “refused, damaged.” In this case, contact us immediately for assistance. If hidden damage is found upon unpacking, retain all packaging and contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Info@intofantasy01.wpbuildcrew.com for support. Freight claims made after 72 hours will be denied.
Wrong Items Delivered
Although our customer service and shipping departments work closely to ensure accurate orders, if the product you receive is substantially different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt at Info@intofantasy01.wpbuildcrew.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products weighing over 100 pounds
- Defective products
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Products missing parts, manuals, or components
- Customized or permanently installed products
All Other Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding non-returnable items), you can return the product within 30 days for a refund. Please note that all refunds are subject to return shipping, handling fees, and a 25% restocking fee. The returned product must be in new condition with all original packaging, parts, and manuals. Ensure the return label is marked with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our customer service. Returns must be received at the specified address within 10 days of the RMA issuance. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including those from free shipping promotions. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
